We
have had a lot of questions concerning the proposed Florida
Statewide Stormwater Treatment Rule
now slated for implementation on July 1, 2010. This rule will
undoubtedly have a major impact on the design of stormwater
management facilities in the State of Florida.
To answer some of the questions we have been receiving, Peter
Singhofen, P.E. gave the following presentation at the ASCE Florida West Coast Branch,
